1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the VOUCHER-COUPON.COM platform you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

2. What the Platform Does

VOUCHER-COUPON.COM lists restaurants, hotels, apartments and rooms on the Croatian Adriatic and lets you book them. Three different arrangements apply depending on what you book: a restaurant table is reserved free of charge, a hotel is booked using a voucher, and an apartment or room is booked by date against a deposit. The section below that matches your booking sets out the terms for it. We act as an intermediary — the contract for the service itself is between you and the venue.

3. Restaurant Table Reservations

Reserving a table through the platform is free of charge. No payment, deposit, card details or voucher are required, and you settle your bill directly with the restaurant. A reservation is confirmed for a specific time slot and lasts for the duration the restaurant has set. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time using the link in your confirmation e-mail; after that the platform can no longer cancel the reservation and you should contact the restaurant directly. Any discount shown on a table is set by the restaurant, applies only to the table and terms displayed when you book, and is not a platform-wide entitlement.

4. Hotel Vouchers

For hotels you book your stay directly with the hotel, then return to the platform and enter the value of that reservation. You pay 5% of the value to VOUCHER-COUPON.COM and receive a voucher entitling you to a 20% discount from the hotel on arrival, making your net saving 15%. A hotel voucher is tied to the reservation you entered and is valid on that reservation’s terms. The discount is applied by the hotel, not by the platform.

5. Apartment and Room Bookings

Apartments and rooms are booked for a range of dates at the nightly prices the owner has published. To confirm a booking you pay a deposit of 10% of the total stay price on the platform; the remaining 90% is paid directly at the property. A booking exists only once the deposit payment has succeeded. While you are paying, the dates are held briefly — if that hold expires before payment completes, no booking is created and any amount taken is refunded automatically. You may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before check-in using the link in your confirmation e-mail; after that the platform will refuse the cancellation. Bookings an owner records on your behalf by phone or e-mail involve no deposit and no payment to the platform.

6. Partner Terms and Fees

Venues listed on the platform pay only what is set out here. Restaurants are charged a fixed platform fee for each guest recorded as having attended a reservation; the total is invoiced monthly in arrears and sent to the owner by e-mail. The platform takes no percentage of a restaurant bill. For hotels, the platform’s fee is the 5% the guest pays upfront. For apartments and rooms, it is the 10% deposit the guest pays on the platform. Visibility packages are optional and priced separately. The fee rates in force are shown to the owner in their dashboard and on every invoice.

7. Liability

VOUCHER-COUPON.COM is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by restaurants, hotels or accommodation owners, nor for a venue failing to honour a booking. The platform is an intermediary between guests and venues.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancelling within the free-cancellation window for your booking type costs nothing, and any amount already paid to the platform is refunded in full. Deposits are also refunded automatically where a booking could not be created. Outside those cases, refunds are possible only where there has been a technical failure of the platform or the venue no longer exists. A hotel voucher cannot be refunded once it has been used.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page and apply from the date shown below. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms that applied when they were made.
